No matter how much you want revenge on a situation or on someone, it is always going to be a consequence when you'll have to face it, or either fix the problem by doing the right thing. The monster wanted revenge on humans, just because he wasn't accepted the way that they were. He goes and tried to find Frankenstein and make him pay for what he's done, requests a female mate and he doesn't receive it. Frankenstein will not forgive and apologize for all the trouble he has caused. This movie connects to Frankenstein is to find a place in your heart to forgive and admit what you have done.
A short story connection explaination
It is never right to be judgmental in any situation, because you may look back and think about what you may have done in a certain situation and wish you have never said or did it. In Frankenstein, Victor Frankenstein was running from the situation of creating the monster, he was proud of his self at first, everyone that seen the monster was criticizing him and making fun of him. The monster wanted Frankenstein to make a mate for him, Frankenstein agrees but doesn't follow through, and he feels guilty. How this short story connects to Frankenstein, is if you're judgmental in a situation, there will come a point in time when you take matters into your own hands, you'll want to take back what you did and apologize.

It might seem impossible to forgive someone when all they have been is cruel and mean towards you, the monster in Frankenstein had no exception in this. He remembers feeling left out, and a outcast from others. But in the song, "First Love", it relates, as Frankenstein runs from the guilt of creating the monster.
